Oh, for those couple of people who do - I got my appendix out and spent 3 days in hospital (including the WHOLE day after my birthday...5am!) and have been mostly bedridden ever since. Lucky me.
Things to Try.

I'm going to Disney on Ice! Yay! Princess Wishes... how perfect. One of my birthday presents from the beautiful man - the other was a large, glossy, personal autographed photograph of Charles Shaughnessy (Maxwell Sheffield, hello!). Just what I always wanted. No really, I always have. He wrote my name. Oh, swoooooon.
It was SO great. I got a sparkly program and an Ariel goblet full of slushie and a Sebastian parfait spoon, and the night was just kickass. And a wonderful picture of David and I on a Disney castle backdrop in a princess wishes magnetic frame - I could go on forever but I won't. Only to say that a dream is a wish that you make with your heart.
A concert. Like, any concert. In the next year, I want to see some live music. It's been lacking of late.
Brisbane. I want to see my mum. I sort of want to see my dad too but I'm not keen on the idea of meeting his girlfriend.
So I went, and I stayed with mum, and then dad, and then mum, and then dad, and then mum again. And dads girlfriend wasnt too bad. I guess. If mum and dad hadnt lived hours apart it might have been a nicer week.

Ramune Soda - A Japanese soft drink sealed with a marble. I watched a video of some guy opening one on youtube and it looks wicked.
Natto - fermented soybeans or something. A Japanese food I've been told to try.
Tonkotsu Ramen - I'm not talking 2 minute asian aisle noodles. Proper 3 veg and pork bone, simmering overnight, tonkotsu ramen. Yes ma'am.
Fancier Pocky than Coles has.
Some kind of large shellfish.
Banana cupcakes made from scratch and decorated like the ones in my Cupcake Decoration book.

I'm going to finish making my vest and start my winter coat. I swear.
Or maybe not.
Bento - I want to get a bento box and some stencils and separators and cups and things. All sorts of fiddly crap. And make wonderful hello kitty lunchbox meals.
Manicare - I have lovely long nails now and I'd like to decorate them AWESOMELY. With toes to match of course, cos I love my feet.
I'm not sure about the whole manicure thing, but I have awesome pink sparkly nailpolish from Cosmetics Plus I tend to wear often these days. It's a lovely baby pink with big and little glitter through it.
Start to learn Japanese - I'm not going to kid myself into thinking I can learn Japanese. But I can start, and see where that takes me.
Touch Typing - Pathetic, I know. But hey, at least I want to learn.
Getting there! I have typed this whole sentence only looking at the keyboard twice, and even though its kind of slow its faster than most peoples typing and I'm still proud of myself.
Algorithm March - Wow. I watched some dudes doing this, and it is deadly. I so want to do it by heart. It would take some learning though.
Not so interesting to me any more. Maybe. If I get bored.

Listen to my iPod more - maybe take up jogging or something.
Listen to the radio - great for finding new bands.
Make a list of bands I used to like or have been meaning to listen to - and actually listen to them.

Find out what I haven't read of Dean Koontz's, and read them.
Find new authors to read.
Visit the library more.
I've been once, and sat around reading Dolly and Girlfriend and MAD. Oh, my literary heart.
The Son Can Dream : Mike Cruz. I read the first pages online. Wow. Nobody has ever broken into my heart and ripped their way out in 3 pages and I doubt anyone ever will again. But I have to have the rest of this book. If it kills me. And it might.

The Neutrogena Wave - If it's got Vanessa Hudgens' panties in a knot, it's worth a try. Visibly smoother softer skin after one use, here I come.
I tried it, and came out in a rash. Turns out I'm allergic to Sodium Laureth Sulfate, and that's in just about everything that foams. Fucking annoying. Oh well, since cutting that out of my skincare routine I've had awesome skin, and since switching to an SLS free shampoo I no longer have dandruff. Funny that the more I washed the worse my skin and hair would get. Hilarious. ha...ha...no.
Find a new shower gel - I'm bored with the one I have. Smelling like a seabreeze is weird when you live in the middle of buttfucknowhere.
Had to anyway because of the damn SLS. Now I smell weird and I'd kill to smell like a seabreeze.
A perm - like a wave one. Or like Felicity.
Host a barbecue where David and I invite people who can invite other people. And they can bring people. And their neighbours. And their outrageous Aunt Hattie. And Hattie's neighbour Bill. And his kids. Yard at our new place is huge. I want to use it.
It's on like Donkey Kong! Helping Sonya and Tash to herald the arrival of their new baby son. All their (and our) friends and family are invited and it should be kickass.
Learn something. Do stuff. Go places.
Get a cactus.
